Signed this day, the 6th day of December 2016
Dr. Prabhu Britto Albert, Founding Editor IJBST Journal Group www.ijbst.org

Patron Emeritus

Dr. (Selvi.) J. Jayalalitha (February 24, 1948 - December 5, 2016), Veda Nilayam, 81/36, Poes Garden, Chennai-600 086, Tamil Nadu, INDIA

In a rare occurrence today (February 14, 2017), the appeals judgement of the Supreme Court of INDIA seems to agree with the findings of the Scientific Review of the alleged disproportionate assets case against Dr. J. Jayalalitha (a case that ran on for 18 years).

The Scientific Review pointed out that Dr. J. Jayalalitha could have been framed in the case.
If Dr. J. Jayalalitha could have been framed in the case and is innocent, then someone else should have committed the crime.

The appeals judgement of the Supreme Court of INDIA convicting the other accused seems to indicate that they have only committed the crime, while the blame of committing the crime fell squarely on Dr. J. Jayalalitha earlier.

Today, Dr. J. Jayalalitha stands innocent and exhonerated from the alleged case against her.

With Thanks to the Supreme Court
Prof. Dr. Prabhu Britto Albert
Author of the Scientific Review of the Case against Dr. J. Jayalalitha
